Tsuta Ramen 蔦

The only Michelin starred ramen eatery from Tokyo has opened its second outlet in Singapore at 18 Tai Seng. The third one in the world.

I like the taste personally.  The soup is light and added with truffle puree and olive oil. For the “char siu” (barbecued pork), it uses pork collar instead of pork belly.  Like it or not, I think the main thing we get here is to have the experience of having a bowl of ramen awarded with Michelin star.
