梧槽豆花 Rochor Original Beancurd
Heritage food of Singapore. More than 15 years ago when I visited this shop, I were told this was the most famous and best beancurd in Singapore. It was truly good and the smoothness is unforgettable. 15 years later I purposely visited the shop again last week. The quality is still good. But I think the Taiwan version is better. The shop is not as crowded as before. The workers have changed from local to Chinese nationality. Something is missing and the feeling is not the same that I had before.
Anyway I am great that the shop is still there. It is part of our early memory of Singapore and will be a pity if it gone.
